We have L.A.P.E.M certification. for the production of nitrile end pieces high specification meeting high international standards.

Also known as Buna N, NBR or Nitrile

USES AND APPLICATIONS

Specially designed for high resistance to products of oil, Diesel, Natural Gas, among others, is a copolymer with excellent resistance to oils fats and fuels derived from petroleum or vegetable origin, alcohol and water.

Nitrile also has good resistance to acids, except those with an oxidizing effect.

Our Nitrile plates and rolls are ideal for forming hydrocarbon resistant gaskets.

Hardness: 60 to 70 shore “A”
Tensile Strength: 1000 psi

Optimum Working Temperature: -20° + 115°C
Elongation at break: 300%

We manufacture nitrile in Monterrey, FDA sanitary nitrile, white nitrile or food grade nitrile and transformer grade nitrile.
